By using GetBloomify ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What GetBloomify Does
GetBloomify provides AI-generated Etsy listing titles, tags, and descriptions, an Etsy fee calculator, trending keyword insights, and an AI review response generator. GetBloomify is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc.
3. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by GetBloomify (listing text, tags, descriptions, review replies, trend insights) is produced by an AI model and is provided as a starting point only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that any generated content will improve your sales, search ranking, or visibility. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing it, including for accuracy, compliance with Etsy's policies, and compliance with applicable law.
4. Free Tools and Pro Subscription
The Etsy Fee Calculator is free to use. Pro features (Listing Studio, Trend Finder, and Review Responder) require an active paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider — we do not store your card details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the product information you submit and the listings you ultimately publish. We do not claim ownership over content you generate using the Service.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetBloomify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales or lost profits.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
