1. What We Collect

• Product information you enter — names, descriptions, materials, prices, and photos you submit are sent to our AI provider to generate listing content, and are not stored by us after the request completes.
• Email address — collected when you subscribe to Pro.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

2. How We Use It

We use the information above solely to provide and improve the Service — generating your listing content, processing your subscription, and occasionally reaching out with relevant product updates if you've given us your email. We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third parties to operate GetBloomify:

• Anthropic — processes the product details you submit to generate listing text, tags, descriptions, trend insights, and review replies.
• Payment processor — handles Pro subscription billing securely; we do not store payment card details ourselves.
• Whop — provides our website analytics and conversion measurement. Whop's script runs on our pages and records visits and related technical details (see below).

4. Analytics, Local Storage & Cookies

We use your browser's local storage to remember whether you have an active Pro subscription, and a cookie to remember if you arrived through a creator's referral link.

We also run the Whop analytics pixel on our pages. It loads a script from t.whop.tw and reports page views and conversion events (such as starting a subscription) so we can measure how people find and use GetBloomify. This may set cookies or similar identifiers, and it means technical information about your visit — the pages you view, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type — is shared with Whop.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising networks that profile you across other websites. If you would rather not be measured, browser settings or tracker-blocking extensions that block third-party scripts will stop this pixel from loading — GetBloomify works normally either way.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain email addresses and subscription records for as long as needed to operate the Service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
